In the academic year 2023/24, scholarship holders studying in university preparatory programmes visited the Parliament on November 17, the 150th birthday of Budapest.

The building of the Hungarian Parliament, is rightly ranked among the most beautiful parliamentary buildings in the world. It is situated on Kossuth Square in the Pest side of the city, on the eastern bank of the Danube. It was designed by Hungarian architect Imre Steindl in neo-gothic style and opened in 1902. The Parliament the seat of the National Assembly of Hungary, the Holy Crown of Hungary has displayed here, and it is workplace of 199 Members of Parliament and the 741 people who help them.

After the guided tour of the Parliament, the groups visited Kossuth Square and its surroundings.
