On March 9, 2024, students of the Hungarian Language and Hungarian Studies visited the National Archives of Hungary.

In the imposing building designed by Samu Pecz, the internal historic seccos, Miksa Róth’s lead-glass windows, the roof tiles of the Zsolnay porcelain factory, and the capital of columns made by Ferenc Mikula offered the full beauty of the beginning of the 20th century.

37,000 documents per metre are stored here. We looked at the most valuable treasure, the medieval collection. We spent quality time here; the students also received answers to their questions, thanks to the colleagues of the National Archives of Hungary.
