The architectural heritage of the Turkish era, Gül Baba’s tomb, gave place to the Hungarian history lesson presenting the cultural aspects of the Turkish era for students of Hungarian studies. Scholarship holders learned about the tomb’s history, the person of Gül Baba, and the world of the Muslim monks who lived in Buda. After that, they viewed a temporary exhibition about the history of Ferenc Rákóczi II’s house in Rodostó. The museum and cultural site at the Rózsadomb allows experiencing the spirit of the Turkish era possibly supplemented with Turkish coffee and Turkish tea.
