In the Petőfi Literary Museum, the knowledge learned in the classroom about Sándor Petőfi and romanticism came to life for the students participating in the Hungarian language and cultural studies.
“To be a poet or not to be a poet”, a new permanent exhibition in honour of the 200th anniversary of the poet’s birth gives a clear answer: Petőfi considered poetry a way of life, a life goal.
The exhibition teaches and entertains with many contemporary objects and paintings.
