Who can apply for the scholarship?

The scholarship is available to young people of Hungarian descent between the age of 18 and 35, living in the diaspora (in states, not neighbouring Hungary) and who want to strengthen and extend their knowledge of the Hungarian language, Hungary and Hungarian culture.
