At this year’s literary translation competition, entries in Udmurt, Dutch, Korean and Chinese languages achieved outstanding results. The works were reviewed by native language literary advisers.
The guest of honour in the award ceremony was the Chinese translator Yu Zemin, whose work the competitors got to know more closely. In an informal discussion, students at the beginning of their careers as translators received useful advice.
