After all the students arrived in Hungary, the academic year opening ceremony for the Stipendium Hungaricum (SH) and Hungarian Diaspora Scholarship (DFP) Programmes took place on September 27, 2024. The 12th academic year in the SH and the 4th academic year in the DFP university preparatory programme began. More than 60 scholarship holders from 20 countries study Hungarian and prepare for their university studies in Hungarian.
