Hungarian Diaspora Scholarship Preparatory Programme is available for persons who have reached the age of 18 until 31 August, have Hungarian roots, are living in the Diaspora (i.e. not in the Carpathian Basin or the European Union) and who have lived abroad (not in Hungary) for at least 10 years before applying and have completed at least the last 4 years of their secondary education abroad (not in Hungary).
