Our students studying Hungarian culture and Hungarology looked at treasures under the ground as part of a special trip on November 17.
A professional caver guided us through the passages of the Pálvölgyi-cave. We met the seven dwarfs and shouted our dinner wishes into the witch’s cauldron. You should know that cavers give special names to stalactites and landmarks during underground mapping.
On the surface, a high-quality exhibition was opened, which presents Hungarian caves and rocks with interactive tools and vivid pictures.
We were all enriched with new knowledge and gained insight into the world of caving, which requires courage and perseverance.
